What works & limitations
- Bluetooth pairing for party/voice chat audio
- Wired connection via USB-C to controller (for chat audio)
- Using as a general Bluetooth headset for phone calls while gaming
- Native Bluetooth game audio (PS5 does not support Bluetooth for game sound due to latency)
- Automatic device switching between game and chat audio
- For full game audio, use a USB Bluetooth transmitter dongle (e.g. a generic aptX Low Latency adapter) plugged into the PS5
- Alternatively, connect via the DualSense controller’s 3.5mm jack using a cable instead of Bluetooth
- This limitation is a PS5 platform restriction, not a headphone defect
